The National Center for Church Architecture

If you or anyone you know is even in the earliest of stages of starting to think that maybe someday we will need to change your facilities or relocate, you need to hear this Pastor Cast and maybe more.

It is my pleasure to introduce you to The National Center for Church Architecture and it’s founders Keith Crouch and Russell Maddoux. We have watched these men serve the Baptist churches in North Texas for years and are so happy that they are now in a position to share their wealth of knowledge and wisdom with all churches.

We invite you to listen to this brief introduction and then visit their website at www.tncca.net.

Converting a commercial building to church

EMJ Corporation is a large General Contractor doing business across the United States. Some of you know that Service Realty has been working on building a data base of commercial properties that may be available now or in the future at greatly reduced prices due to the current economic situation and its fall out on some businesses and investors.

In order to be ready to take advantage of those situations for churches we have been evaluating these properties as they come available and we have enlisted the help of the construction management team at EMJ. Our main contact in this effort is Michael Monsalve based in Dallas.

Larry Davis, Executive Vice President of EMJ will be our guest speaker this month, so be sure to tell all your pastor and administrator friends to join us on the live call or to catch the replay.
