We will go through a six step process that has been proven over the course of time in our service as The Church Real Estate Professionals® to hundreds of churches over the past 20 plus years.

EMJ Corporation is a large General Contractor doing business across the United States. Some of you know that Service Realty has been working on building a data base of commercial properties that may be available now or in the future at greatly reduced prices due to the current economic situation and its fall out on some businesses and investors.

In order to be ready to take advantage of those situations for churches we have been evaluating these properties as they come available and we have enlisted the help of the construction management team at EMJ. Our main contact in this effort is Michael Monsalve based in Dallas.

Larry Davis, Executive Vice President of EMJ will be our guest speaker this month, so be sure to tell all your pastor and administrator friends to join us on the live call or to catch the replay.
